Description
Brown bears are found in Europe, Asia and America, in a number of different species. They are mainly herbivores, but they may also eat easy prey such as cattle. They also feel at home in the water and can spend hours lurking for salmon at waterfalls. In cold regions, black bears hibernate. Males and females have the same physique, but males can weigh twice as much as slender females. This mounted adult brown bear is a small brown bear species native to Eastern Europe.
